OPRA REQUEST

CEZC is required to comply with the New Jersey Open Public Records Act or "OPRA" as its commonly referred to (P.L. 2001, CHAPTER 404, N.J.S. 47:1A-1 et seq.) for the Empowerment Zone and Renewal Community Programs. In order to request access to these records under OPRA, you must complete all the required portions of and date the application request form and deliver it to CEZC in person or by mail during regular business hours to the appropriate custodian of the record. Your request is not considered filed until the appropriate custodian of the record has received a completed request form.

If you submit the request form to an officer, board member or employee, that officer or employee does not have the authority to accept your request form and your request will not be processed. The seven (7) business day response time will not commence until the proper custodian reviews the request to determine if it is complete.

Request for access to public records of the Camden Empowerment Zone Corporation must be made in writing or in person at the CEZC administrative offices at 800 Cooper Street, Suite 202, Camden NJ 08102 and submitted to the Authority of Custodian of Records, Chief Executive Officer, between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m., Monday through Friday excluding holidays. The form must returned via hand-delivery, courier or postal mailed. You must complete the attached form, which you may access by opening the link below. The fee schedule for copies of records requested. Payment must be received or your request will not be processed:

Pages 1-20 = $0.00 per pg, Pages 21-40 = $0.75 per pg and Pages 41 & over = $0.50 per pg
