The Camden Empowerment Zone Corporation will facilitate four capacity building training modules-to further engage, expose and ensure understanding of the Straight from the Funder Conference elements, establishing outcome measurements and other indicators to track the impact of the capacity building initiatives. The training modules will include: Budgeting & Financial Management; Program Management & Implementation; Program Monitoring, Compliance & Evaluation and Establishing Benchmarks & Performance Measurements.

The Camden Empowerment Zone Corporation expects this series of training modules to positively impact and strengthen the community and faith based non-profit organizations’ capacity after successful completion of our series of supplemental training modules, scheduled for the fall. Participating community and faith based non-profit organizations will grow sustainable programs with the capacity to better focus on service delivery, program implemenle outcome measurements.
